Terms of Service — Content.is / AI Lead Inbox

1. Service and demo
Content.is / AI Lead Inbox („the Service“), operated by UAB IT Life, helps service businesses capture and organise customer enquiries. The public demo uses sample data to illustrate the Service.
2. Business customers
The Service is offered to businesses, not consumers. Consumer-specific rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal) do not apply.
3. Pricing
One-time setup fee 25,000 ISK (or the price shown for your region). Optional ongoing care plan 7,900 ISK/month, billed separately after setup. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Full refund if you cancel before setup work has started. Once setup work has started, there is no automatic refund for change of mind. If an agreed deliverable is not provided, we first fix it; if we cannot, a proportionate or full refund applies. The optional plan can be cancelled before the next billing period; no partial refund for an already-started period, except where law requires.
5. AI limitations
The Service uses AI to ask questions and structure or summarize enquiries. AI output may contain errors and assists, not replaces, your judgement. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or suitability.
6. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, enquiries, conversions or sales.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you and your customers provide, for lawful use (including giving required privacy notices to your own customers), and for following up on enquiries.
8. Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive content; no attempts to break or misuse the system; no processing of unlawful or special-category data.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, software and brands (Content.is, LeadInbox) remain the property of UAB IT Life. Enquiry data you collect remains yours.
10. Liability and law
The Service is provided „as is“. To the extent permitted by law, UAB IT Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data; total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim. Governed by the laws of Lithuania. Contact: admin@content.is.
